Greatful

Right now, I am on the countdown to my first ever cookie sale.  I have 3 days.  I have baked so much, and as of this moment, I am ready for the preparation of presentation.  Today, I shopped for decorations and trays.  Tomorrow, my friend Tina will be over to mock up the sales table. 



I am the happiest girl in the world.  I can't thank Mary Ann enough for this incredible opportunity, and I thank my husband for letting me keep the oven on for 10 hours a day leading up to this.  I thank my husband for giving me the courage to stick my neck out to ask to be a vendor; eating pizza, Chinese and cereal on those nights when I was in the zone and dealing with having all of my baking supplies out on the island and counters ready for me to be in the mood to make more cookies. 

Weepy, I tell you, I am so weepy for the pure happiness and delight I have in my heart for my absolute love of baking.

I am a bit behind on my blog.  I have a few things in the works for this week, but at this time, I have to finish up what I started.  Bake, box and sell!!
