Doctor, Doctor

A long, long time ago, my cousin Henry asked me to make him Minced Meat pie. Who in their right mind EATS minced meat pie?! I had never seen one, made one, heard of anyone eat one. Whatever. He asked, and by golly, he shall receive!

Greatful

Right now, I am on the countdown to my first ever cookie sale.  I have 3 days.  I have baked so much, and as of this moment, I am ready for the preparation of presentation.  Today, I shopped for decorations and trays.  Tomorrow, my friend Tina will be over to mock up the sales table.
