Sweet Remembrance Desserts

Simply Delightful

I have several dozen eggs left over from the baking spree.  I have been racking my brain trying to come up with creative ideas to make that use a lot of eggs.  Unfortunately, I am unable to eat any kind of egg dish- so, deviled eggs, crepes, quiche, custards and frittatas are out.  My kids are sick of scrambled, and I ran out of bread to make french toast.

Sophie suggested I make Popovers!  Seriously, what an incredible idea!  We haven't enjoyed these in a while, and, they take lots of eggs!!

Two different Popover Pans
 
Five Ingredients!

Sift Flour
 
Beat in Milk

Beat Eggs
 
Pour into Flour Mixture


Pour batter into pan


Watch them POP in the oven

Eat 'em hot!
Popovers are incredible spread with butter and jelly.  They are so addicting, I have been making them almost every day.  They are so versatile, they can be enjoyed at breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack and dessert. 

Using up my eggs, no one is sick of eating them, its just a great idea that is simply a delightful anytime treat!
